Intraluminal Crossing of a Severely Calcified CFA CTO with the Crosser® System - When to use Crosser® 14S versus Crosser® S6 Catheter

This case highlights the various Crosser® CTO Recanalization Catheters that can be used to intraluminally cross a CTO via atherectomy. Under a combination of fluoroscopy and ultrasound guidance, Dr. Mustapha and Dr. Saab utilized the Crosser® 14S and Crosser® S6 Catheters to intraluminally traverse a highly calcified CFA CTO while demonstrating the benefits and differences between each catheter.
